Customer Service Representative (Bi-Lingual) International-Latin America

This is a high priority hire for our client because the person currently filling this role is being promoted proof of upward mobility. The primary role of the International Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to receive calls from Latin American customers and resolve issues related delivery, shipping and freight. The nature of the position requires that the CSR be Bi-lingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese), and have a knowledge of business practices in Latin America. Your positive attitude will also be a factor in your success. RESPOND RIGHT NOW if this sounds like you as we are actively screening people with you energy, drive and initiative.

Skill set:

Bi-lingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese)
Customer Service Skills
Needs to understand how business is done in Latin America understanding of the culture is very important
Some sales experience is desired, not required
Ability to deal with questions related to freight and shipping
