Purchasing Manager

What You’ll Do
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Lead and develop a team of buyers and planners
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Negotiate contracts and lead sourcing strategy
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Support new product launches and supplier readiness
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Improve inventory performance and operational efficiency
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Lead cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> 10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> 5+ years of leadership experience
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Experience with ERP/MRP systems
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or JIT principles
p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Strong business acumen and decision-making skills

Education
