Lead Business Specialist Federated Hermes Career Opportunity #9709 Responsibilities Act as the primary analyst for Planview PPM software solutions. Provide portfolio systems administration and support for Planview. Provide application and system support for the Project/Resource Management Office. Perform analysis, develop requirements and specifications, and test functionality to support and enhance existing systems and deploy new processes. Interact with technical and business staff to conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing. Develop and publish test specifications, prepare test data, and create user acceptance testing documents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or equivalent work experience. At least five years of experience in systems/business analysis. Demonstrated Planview portfolio experience. Minimum three years of PMO support and experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Schedule & Location Hybrid schedule (in‑office/remote) located in Federated Hermes’ Warrendale, PA office (15086).
