INDUSTRIAL SANDBLASTER  / PAINTER

Monday – Friday 

6:00 am - 8:00 pm 

$15.00 -$18.00 per hour
 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare parts for coating 
• Follow all principles and practices of coating application 
• Operate all sandblasting and coating equipment 
• Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections
• Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance 
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility 
• Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment 
• Load and unload parts and/or products 
• Good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment 
• Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Clean-up work areas, equipment, supplies and materials; apply standard safety practices and procedures. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with manufacturing & production
• Bi-Lingual preferred
• Sandblasting experience required
• Able to read drawings is preferred
• Preferred working knowledge of calipers & gauges
• Detail-oriented and consistent
• Basic mathematics, reading and writing
