Associate Dentist – 3 Days/Week | Unrivaled Collections & Clinical Freedom

Practice: Carter Family Dentistry

Location: Boise, ID

Compensation: Estimated $150,000 – $230,000+ (Based on % of Collections)

Financial Security: 98% – 100% Collection Rate (Industry-Leading Revenue Cycle)

Schedule: Mon / Wed / Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced Dentist looking for the perfect clinical balance? At Carter Family Dentistry , we believe great dentistry happens when a doctor feels supported, not managed. Led by a commitment to comprehensive family care, our practice combines the heart of a private, 7-operatory office with elite operational support.

Our administrative systems are designed so you can focus 100% on your patients while the "business noise" is handled for you. With a near-perfect 98%–100% collection rate , you can practice with the confidence that your hard work is fully reflected in your paycheck, without the typical "leaks" of a standard billing cycle.

A High-Functioning Team : You won't be doing it alone. Lead a veteran support team including 4 Assistants and 3 Hygienists, with a front-office team that specializes in high-efficiency scheduling.
Total Clinical Autonomy : We provide the framework; you provide the expertise. We champion patient-centered care without corporate "quotas".
Modern 7-Op Facility : Utilize a spacious layout and modern technology designed for a smooth, productive workflow from 8:00 to 5:00.
The "Work-Life" Sweet Spot : A consistent Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule that offers mid-week and weekend breaks to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Boise is famous for.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed : Active Idaho Dental License in good standing (Required).
Experienced : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Associate role (Required).
Leadership : A confident clinician ready to direct a high-volume team with a "patient-first" mindset.
