Psychiatrist (Outpatient) - Dawsonville, GA

The Position:
Our client is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population.
Salary and Benefits:
• $3000,000 - $400,000 Salary
• Productivity Bonus
• Generous Supervisory Stipend
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Malpractice coverage with Tail
• Fantastic health plan
• 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match
• Comprehensive TMS training during onboarding
• 5 to 6 weeks' vacation
• CME allowance

• License renewal and DEA fees covered
• Long-term and short-term disability
• 401(k) retirement plan with tax advantages (pre-tax and Roth options)
• Employer match: 100% match on first 3% contributed
• 50% match on next 3% (up to 6% total contribution)
Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Completed an accredited psychiatry residency program
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment approaches
• Interest in learning TMS, Spravato, ketamine, and IOP protocols
• Skilled in diagnosis and building well-rounded treatment plans
• New graduates welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
• Monday - Friday schedule ( 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM )
• Provide a full range of outpatient psychiatric services
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and substance use
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, adjusting as needed based on patient progress
• Provide supportive therapy and refer to specialists for DBT, CBT, and other modalities
• Supervise and mentor APPs with protected time for leadership and development
