**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization in various public areas within our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all public areas, such as lobbies, restrooms, and corridors, are kept tidy and presentable for guests and staff.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Clean and sanitize public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors.
2. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
3. Dust furniture, fixtures, and window sills.
4. Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
5. Replace toiletries and supplies as needed.
6. Report any maintenance issues or damage to appropriate personnel.
7. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
8. Assist guests with inquiries or requests courteously and promptly.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Strong customer service skills.
7. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
8. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
