As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Des Peres, Mo

• Set schedule: We have 11 shifts available

• Full-time, Friday through Sunday 1st shift 8a.m. to 4p.m. and Monday through Tuesday 1st shift 6a.m. to 2p.m.

• Full-time, Friday through Tuesday 2nd sift 2p.m. to 20p.m.

• Full-time, Monday through Friday 2nd shift 2p.m. to 10p.m.

• Full-time, Wednesday through Saturday 3rd shift 8p.m. to 6a.m.

• Full-time, Friday 2nd shift 1p.m. to 9p.m. and Sunday through Tuesday 3rd shift 8p.m. to 6a.m.

• Full-time, Thursday 1st shift 6a.m. to 2p.m. and Friday 1st shift 8a.m.to 4p.m. and Saturday 2nd shift 12p.m. to 8p.m. and Sunday 1st shift 10a.m. to 6p.m.

• Part-time, Friday 1st shift 11a.m. to 7p.m. and Saturday 2nd shift 12p.m. to 8p.m. and Sunday 2nd shift 2p.m. to 10p.m.

• Part-time, Friday through Sunday 2nd shift 1p.m. to 9p.m.

• Part-time, Saturday through Sunday 1st shift 6a.m. to 2p.m.

• Part-time, Sunday 1st shift 10a.m. to 6p.m.

• Part-time Sunday 1st shift 10a.m. to 6p.m.

• Competitive hourly wage of $20 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Ambassador

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

• Manage access control

• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

• Answer questions in person or by phone

• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

• You have a state license if required

• You are able to operate motor vehicle
