Behavior Specialist

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will assess behavior, design and implement individualized intervention plans, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families. You will collect and analyze data, coach staff in evidence-based strategies, and help create a positive, supportive learning environment.
