As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. What You’ll Do * Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required. * Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. * Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development. - 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses.
- On target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.
- Pre-set qualified leads—focus on closing, not prospecting.
- 4 weeks paid training at $1,000/week, plus earn full commission — not a draw.
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k).
- Monthly car allowance
- Cell phone allowance & company provided iPad
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
- Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
- Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
- Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
- Submit to a background screening.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
