Position Summary

The Franchise Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across our franchise

network. This position is responsible for managing task workflows within CelebreeOne for the operations team, generating

and analyzing operational reports, performing essential administrative functions, and serving as a first-line resource for

franchisees seeking operational guidance. This individual helps drive consistency, brand standards, and overall franchisee

satisfaction by delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in franchise operations, administrative support, customer success, or similar role (franchise industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in using franchise management systems such as FranConnect (or similar CRM/task systems).
• Strong skills in pulling, organizing, and summarizing data; comfortable with Excel and report generation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a service-minded approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong desire to support franchisee success.
