Registered Nurse, Resource Team, Northwest Community Hospital- Per Diem- Level 1

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: RN - Resource Team/Float Pool Location: Arlington Heights, IL Status: Per Diem- Level 1 Hours: 7:00am -7:30pm Per Diem Commitment: Level 1 -must be able to work at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, including 24 hours of weekend time. Required Travel: No What you will do: Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate. Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing. Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs. Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives. Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations. What you will need: Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
