Join Our Team as a Skilled Nursing RN or LPN (3rd weekend day shift 7:00am-7:30pm) Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients in a skilled nursing setting? Towner County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated RN to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents during day shifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our skilled nursing facility Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment Provide education and support to patients and their families Qualifications: Valid RN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility BLS certification Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities About Towner County Medical Center: Towner County Medical Center is a community-focused healthcare facility located in Towner County, North Dakota.
