Join us and take the next step in a meaningful, rewarding career.Compensation: Competitive Salary + Bonus potentialBenefits you can count on:Medical, dental & vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA)Company paid life, AD&D, short and longterm disability401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid Time Off (vacation, sick, discretionary) & paid holidays and more!Additional benefits: employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition discount program, and more!Supervision exercised: This role supervises approximately 20+ Warehouse AssociatesResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:Supervises, instructs, and monitors warehouse employee's production efficiencies and errorperformance daily.Supervises, instructs, and conducts regular training to ensure a safe working environment andcompliance with all OSHA and NDCP safety practices and guidelines.Provides supervision, counseling, and coaching of warehouse employees to ensurecompliance with operating standards and to assist with problems.Responsible for ensuring employees in their respective functional areas have adequate trainingand tools necessary to meet defined job requirements.Deploys warehouse employees and distributes daily workloads to ensure route departure timesare met.Participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings, training sessions and seminars asrequired.Assists in administering random drug screening of employees.Performs other functions as required by management.Ensure that the cleanliness of the warehouse meets or exceeds FDA and OSHA guidelines.Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members when required.Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as the generalwarehouse, Freezer/cooler, offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreationspaces.May perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed and/or scheduleroutine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenanceorders and preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.Ensure employees in their respective functional areas have adequate training and toolsnecessary to meet defined job requirements.Maintain accuracy of all data reported, consistently evolve existing reports, and create newones as needed.QualificationsWhat you bring:5 years of previous supervisory experience within a Distribution Center environment; (food/beverage industry preferred)3 years of warehousing or distribution experience requiredProficient with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Manhattan preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated while interacting at all levels of theorganizationExceptional customer service skills.Flexibility in work hours/days; ability to adapt to business needsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredStrong analytical and problem resolution skillsResults-oriented with the ability to follow through without constant supervisionAbility to multi-task, problem-solve, and remain organizedAbility to prioritize and complete tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing and fast pacedenvironmentEqual Opportunity Employer: NDCP is an equal opportunity employer.
