What You’ll Do You’ll be the face of Diamond in customers’ homes and businesses, bringing technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things right. Your Day May Include Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems. Work on a variety of equipment, including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more. Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep systems operating safely and efficiently. Explain problems, solutions, and recommendations to customers in a way they can actually understand. Complete service tickets, job documentation, and other paperwork accurately and on time. Follow safety standards, local codes, and company procedures on every job. Work independently while knowing you have a team behind you when you need it. Take pride in maintaining your tools, equipment, and company vehicle. Continue developing your skills through ongoing training, new technology, and certifications.
