Cafe Corazon is looking for a Restaurant Expeditor. The Restaurant Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and service staff, guaranteeing timely food delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. This position focuses on coordinating orders, checking food quality, and supporting all stations to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders between kitchen and service staff
• Perform food quality checks before dishes leave the kitchen
• Facilitate clear communication among kitchen stations
• Ensure prompt and accurate order expedited service
• Support kitchen stations during peak service hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area

 

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Strong kitchen communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Using beef and produce from Wendy's family's farm, supporting local farmers, and growing produce at their own urban garden, Café Corazón has been committed to serving the freshest local fare for both meat eaters and vegan/vegetarians.
