Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic | Tempe / Phoenix, AZ We are partnering with a well-established, patient-centered outpatient physical therapy private practice with multiple locations in the Tempe/Phoenix, AZ area to find a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team. Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic / Private Practice Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:40 PM (last patient scheduled) Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 11:20 AM (last patient scheduled) One Saturday per month: 8:00 – 11:20 AM (paid at hourly rate) Location: Tempe, AZ (primary) — occasional coverage at other Phoenix-area offices Salary: $78,000 – $90,000/year depending on experience (Saturdays paid separately at hourly rate) Start Date: ASAP Mission & Culture This practice operates with a clear mission: "To create safe places for engagement leading to abundance." About the Role As a Physical Therapist, you will manage a caseload with a 90% arrival rate expectation. You will be supported by PT technicians and a robust administrative infrastructure. The practice is primarily insurance-based with a growing cash-pay component. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and negotiate patient-centered, documented goals Develop and implement clear, individualized plans of care Maintain accurate daily treatment records and track patient progress Actively manage schedule to minimize cancellations and drop-offs (maintain ~10% overbooking) Collect and document patient success stories throughout the care continuum Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support practice growth Participate in selective marketing activities and referral source visits Promote the practice mission and maintain full confidentiality of proprietary information Requirements Active Arizona PT license in good standing (free of AZ PT Board restrictions) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred) New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills Team-oriented, professional, and patient-focused Benefits Salary: $78,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience); Saturdays compensated at a separate hourly rate Paid time off 6 paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas Health insurance: 80% premium contribution by employer Access to marketing resources and referral-building assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Welltech Partners
