Position Summary
The Cloud Architect II is responsible for supporting the overall cloud vision underlying a proposed cloud solution and helping transform client requirements into executable cloud solutions. This position supports the overall cloud design, or cloud component design of a larger system or solution, and works closely with development and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall cloud vision and design for cloud-based solutions.

• Translate client vision and requirements into cloud solution designs.

• Develop detailed cloud technical requirements and cloud design documentation.

• Work with development teams in the development of cloud-based applications.

• Facilitate and guide cloud requirements gathering and analysis.

• Support the development of technical hypotheses, conclusions, and recommendations.

• Analyze business models, logical specifications, and user requirements to design cloud-based solutions.

• Apply cloud application design and usability principles, techniques, and best practices.

• Shape, design, and organize cloud solution development efforts.

• Provide cloud solution architecture and engineering support.

• Resolve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity under general supervision.

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of Industry experience with 3 years in cloud architecture

• Experience in at least any one of the 3 Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)

• Experience with cloud architecture, engineering, application design, or cloud solution development.

• Knowledge of cloud application design and usability principles, issues, and techniques.

• Experience translating business and user requirements into technical cloud solutions.

• Ability to develop technical requirements and cloud design documentation.

• Ability to apply established technical standards, principles, and theories.

• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Relevant certifications in any of the large 3 cloud platforms (AWS, Azure of GCP)
