Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

ACI, Advanced Coatings Inc., is looking for a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI location. Responsibilities Develop and implement routine preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment such as drive belt inspection and adjustment, bearing inspection and lubrication, and filter cleaning and/or replacement Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs as needed May also be required to assess most suitable resolution (in house or outsource) Measure and document paint booth air velocity, inspect and document fire extinguishers and eyewash stations Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Fabricate special tooling and guarding Seek and implement continuous improvement ideas from others as well as their own original contributions Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol Perform other maintenance duties as requested Qualifications Seeking experience in operation of equipment including welders, plasma cutters, drill press, and hand held tools including drills, grinders, and a variety of saws.
