Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually or in small groups under the supervision of certified teachers

• Assist with implementing lesson plans and modifying materials for diverse learning needs
• Foster students’ independence and self-confidence through encouragement and guidance
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other paraprofessionals to ensure student success
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
