Part-Time Corporate Recruiter

• Part-time contract (~24 hrs/week Monday-Friday)
• Primarily remote schedule with weekly onsite team meetings and occasional in-person interviews in Durham, NC office

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support a growing organization within the consumer goods industry on a part-time contract basis. This is a consultative, full-cycle recruiting position focused on a variety of corporate and technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate and technical positions, including HR, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, and Technology.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Manage multiple requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Support recruiting projects, university partnerships, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional-level roles in areas such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
• Technical recruiting experience required, including Software Developers, Product Managers, Data Analysts.
• Comfortable working independently in a flexible environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a desire to close roles.
