Human Resources Specialist
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Processing personnel actions, performing quality review services, processing Title 38 pay actions, payroll and compensation actions, performing data integrity quality reviews, and processing corrective actions as needed.
- Interpreting agency policies and providing advice to HR Specialists and HR Assistants; identifying HR issues and develops a step-by-step approach to resolve them.
- Providing management consulting and advisory services to complex and dynamic organizations, collaborating with HR staff and contractors, advising HR Specialists and Assistants, and providing customer service to managers and employees regarding HR requests and personnel actions.
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and coordinating major records management program initiatives throughout TAM; developing records, retention, and classification systems; and supporting management of traditional and electronic records, including eOPF.
