Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (17:00–05:30) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting within an acute care hospital
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Epic electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality ICU patient care
• Float between like units within the facility or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed
• Participate in holiday coverage, working 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)

Required Qualifications

• Valid, active California RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Willingness to float between units and/or nearby affiliate facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Experience working in a high-volume acute care hospital environment
