Offline - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

Your Role As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team, manage Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts, ensure a stellar guest experience, hold daily operations, train, motivate, celebrate associates, and drive sales results. You represent company values and bring your authentic self to work. Your Responsibilities You are passionate about driving sales: maximiz[e] fitting room and sales floor productivity, build guest loyalty through an in‑store guest experience, and support Leadership to achieve KPI results. You are a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through core values, serve as a role‑model, and hold associates accountable to service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs, and train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and a Guest‑First culture. You provide teamwork: challenge associates with clear goals, give real‑time coaching, and celebrate performance to drive engagement.
