Your expertise in high-speed protocols and people management enables you to deliver outstanding results for customers and your team. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop Application Engineers. Manage execution across multiple customer projects. Resolve customer escalations and drive solutions. Standardize integration reviews and engagement best practices. Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for improvements. Track metrics and optimize team processes. The Impact You Will Have Enhance adoption of Synopsys Interface IP products. Enable successful customer design integrations. Boost customer satisfaction and support innovation. Strengthen Synopsys’ market position. Drive next-generation product development. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering. 15+ years in SoC/ASIC development and technical leadership. Experience with PCIe/Ethernet protocols. Hands‑on simulation, synthesis, STA expertise. Strong team leadership and customer support skills. Who You Are Creative, results‑oriented, and collaborative. Excellent communicator and problem solver. Willing to travel for key engagements no more than 15% of the time. The Team You’ll Be A Part Of A collaborative group focused on enabling customers to integrate Synopsys Interface IP into their SoCs and supporting them through design and deployment.
