Director of Global Operations Job Description The Director Global Operations will report into the President of AIS and manage seven direct reports and a total team of 80 global operations professionals. This role has direct responsibility for all of AIS’ operational functions which include the following key areas: Supply chain management Sales and operations planning (S&OP) Customer on‑boarding Program management Customer experience Integration and manufacturing strategy and footprint Post‑sale service, support, and logistics Business processes and transformation What We Are Looking For 15 to 20 years of relevant operational experience at senior levels Transformational experience with large multinational corporations Deep understanding of the entire supply chain including the sales process Work Arrangement Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday‑work from home What’s In It For You Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401k, With Matching Contributions Paid Time Off Health Savings Account (HSA)/Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Options Growth Opportunities Short‑Term/Long‑Term Disability Insurance And more!
