• 30-minute call response time required
• Avg 4 phone consults, 2 patients seen, 2 admissions per 24hrs
• Avg 3 patients per shift -- rounding on unassigned patients
• Facility averages 650 deliveries per year
• C-sections, VBAC, breech delivery, and abruption management required
• Surgical GYN -- open and laparoscopic procedures required
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
