Seasonal Honor Bar Attendant (Part Time) - Pendry Chicago

Job Overview Honor Bar Attendant – Pendry Chicago, a property of Montage Hotels & Resorts. In this role you will support guests by maintaining the honor bar in guest rooms, ensuring inventory levels are kept and high service standards are upheld. Responsibilities Check and restock honor bar in guest rooms according to established par levels and inventory procedures. Ensure all items in the honor bar are neatly arranged and presented based on property standards. Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment orders as needed. Record and accurately track consumption of honor bar items using designated tracking systems or software. Ensure no expired items are in guest rooms and record upcoming expirations. Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments. Clean up all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Basic communication skills and teamwork orientation. Passion for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable moments. Open to learning and development and willingness to help others grow. Trustworthy, with integrity. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to collaborate in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate inventory records. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Pay & Benefits Hourly pay range: $12.62. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during shift. Push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds on a semi‑regular basis.
