Four Seasons Resort Hual?lai is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about service excellence and dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be the first and last impression of the resort, delivering warm, personalized service and anticipating guest needs with genuine care and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, using the guest's name whenever possible
• Ensure room assignments meet guest preferences and that accurate rates are applied
• Coordinate luggage delivery and provide room keys with clear and thoughtful communication
• Maximize revenue opportunities through personalized room enhancements based on guest needs and availability
• Handle guest departures, ensuring a seamless checkout experience while confirming satisfaction
• Accurately process billing, payments, and cash handling, maintaining balanced transactions at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with urgency, care, and precision
• Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into memorable service moments
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about resort amenities, services, and local experiences
• Uphold Four Seasons standards in every interaction, whether in person or by phone

What To Bring

• Previous Front Office or Reservations experience (312 months preferred)
• Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working with financial transactions and computer systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Work authorization in the United States
