Shift Supervisor

Job Description: Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis.Job Duties:Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience AdvocateMay carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store managementMay supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store managementMay represent management in resolving customer service issuesResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedEducation:Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GEDPreferred: AS Degree or HigherExperience:Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
