Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!Position DetailsThis full-time opportunity is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.Schedule:Monday - 7am - 5pmTuesday- offWednesday- 7-6pmThursday 7-6pmFriday 7- 3Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient educationPerform periodontal assessments and document findings accuratelyEducate patients on oral hygiene techniques and overall oral healthTake and review dental radiographs as prescribedMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEnsure compliance with infection control and OSHA standardsWork closely with dentists and clinical staff to deliver coordinated patient careContribute positively to a team-oriented and patient-centered practice cultureDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in daily workflow as neededRequired QualificationsActive Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of WisconsinCurrent CPR/BLS certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWillingness to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical settingCommitment to providing exceptional patient careProfessional, positive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvementQualifications:Current dental hygienist licenseExcellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentationCPR CertificationPreferred ExperienceExperience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systemsDesire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental healthClinical needs as required by officeCompletion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
