Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Stanford, California. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care, including assessments, interventions, and patient education.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights only, totaling 12 hours per shift.
• Schedule: Nights; 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, and at least 1 year of emergency room experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in emergency room settings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond rapidly to critical situations.
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, teaching patients and their families, and participating in team-based care to optimize patient outcomes.
