The Senior DSM Practice Consultant leads the design, commercialization, and successful realization of energy solutions across utility and public‑sector programs. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Commercialization – Lead end‑to‑end solution design for complex pursuits, translate market/regulatory/client needs into tailored programs, drive compelling proposals. End‑to‑End Solution Accountability – Ensure solution integrity from design through implementation, partner with delivery teams, serve as escalation point for design adjustments. Cross‑Functional Leadership – Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across business development, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing. Practice Leadership & Capability Development – Define and standardize solution design methodologies, mentor junior consultants, contribute to training. Market & Industry Leadership – Maintain expertise in DSM, electrification, and DER programs, monitor market trends, represent the organization as subject matter expert. Product & Offering Strategy – Partner with Product, Engineering, and BI teams to shape service offerings and identify gaps. Commercial Impact & Growth Contribution – Contribute to revenue growth, support pricing strategies, influence pursuit strategy. Required Qualifications 7+ years in energy efficiency, DSM, electrification, or related fields. Demonstrated success designing and delivering complex energy programs. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI). Deep familiarity with regulated utility environments and evaluation frameworks. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines. Strong communication skills, ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience shaping or scaling program offerings across multiple markets. Demonstrated expertise in process design, workflow mapping, and operational optimization. Experience leveraging advanced analytics or AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. Background in engineering, economics, environmental science, DSM programming, or related analytical disciplines. DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $83,000.00 – $124,600.00 (USD), salary determined by internal equity, market data, applicant skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
