Principal Analog Design Engineer

Job Description

Candidate will be part of a team developing PMICs for auto and industrial applications. Architect designs of next generation PMICs. Lead these designs throughout the development stages until production. The power delivery development team is a small highly-experienced R&D team that works on circuits for auto and industrial power delivery.

Skills and Requirements

MSEE required

Minimum 10 years of experience in the development of mixed signal ICs, preferably >5 years as architect or technical leader

Familiar with integrated circuit electronics including device level physics, particularly analog system and transistor level circuit design

Experience power management designs is highly desirable

Expert in DC-DC architecture and Design.

Experience with the Cadence design tools: Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS etc
