Leidos’ Defense Open Air Sensors Division is seeking a Radar Test/Integration Engineer to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex sensor and radar orientated problems. Software installation integration, and testing of RF sensors and systems CONUS deployment and operation of RF sensors and systems Linux server installation and maintenance, including network installation and management Linux server user administration Authoring of formal test plans and procedures and documenting the results of test events. A variety of tasks related to signal processing, measurement tracker processing, system performance metrics, sensor simulation, or utility tools as part of larger efforts or customer goals will be assigned. In this role, your organizational skills will be paramount in managing multiple tasks. Basic Qualifications. BS degree from an ABET-accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Experience working with Matlab, Python, or similar programming languages Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong technical background. Good understanding of formal software testing and implementing a methodical testing approach. Exposure to installing, utilizing, and managing containerized software applications (e.g., Docker or Podman) Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment 100% onsite Must be a US citizen No clearance required to start, must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. Reside in the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area. Preferred Qualifications. Experience developing automated tests. Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines in a GitLab environment. Proficiency with network setup and maintenance in a Linux environment Experience authoring and maintaining test plans and procedures Experience with Linux administration and scripting Active Top-secret clearance Experience in high-performance computing languages such as C++, including CUDA Experience in the operation of radar HWILs Experience working on any radar-related program or project Ability to create design documentation, requirements specifications, and other technical documentation If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
