Job Description
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday variable hrs 6am-4:30pm, one weekend day every 4 weeks with a flex day during that work week, one assigned holiday/yr. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
You may be eligible for up to $15,000 sign on bonus.
Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, on-call pay.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required.
Work Experience
Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required.
Licenses & Certifications
Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required.
CPR certification. Required.
