Employee Health & Benefits Client Service Specialist Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions, and seeks a dedicated Specialist to support a midsize book of business. Location: The role requires a candidate to be within driving distance of our Kennesaw, GA office and to commute to the office at least three times per week. Day in the Life Process new and renewal business within timelines and quality standards, updating information in the client management system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal contacts. Provide clients with timely information including plan information, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts. Set up policy notebooks for delivery to clients and assemble proposals and presentations for meetings. Address and resolve client questions and issues. Assist in preparing new and renewal proposals, stewardship reports, service plans, comparisons, and creative presentations. Support service and production teams in achieving overall agency revenue and retention goals. Maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, and ID cards. Assist with marketing activities as needed. Take claim reports and monitor claims if applicable. Document member and client communications in the client management services tool. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, direct bill statements, accounting discrepancies, and other communications for internal teams and clients. Assist clients with claims resolution. Participate in company-sponsored seminars, training workshops, and webinars. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Responsive, urgent, and professional attitude. Ability to prioritize work for timely completion of critical tasks. Strong client service orientation. Accountability for quality of work. Additional Qualifications (a plus) 3–5 years of industry-specific experience. LOB designations. College or advanced degree.
