Job OverviewPay Range: $35.00hr - $40.00hrRequirement/Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, scientific/technical field, business, or related course of study.4+ years of professional experience in training development, instructional design, or interactive digital content creation.Solid foundational understanding of adult learning theory, systematic instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE framework), and curriculum alignment.Hands-on experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Powtoon, or similar.Experience with audio/video editing software and practical application of emerging AI development features.Experience working within a regulated industry such as diagnostics, IVD, healthcare, or medical devices.Solid familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, document control, and ISO standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to perform instructional editing and translate complex technical inputs.Sound problem-solving and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage a multi-project workload across shifting timelines.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Training & Development (T&D) Project Managers, Trainer/Designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and key internal stakeholders to design, build, and maintain high-quality interactive learning content.Apply foundational adult learning principles and systematic instructional design methodologies such as the ADDIE framework to build or modify interactive digital content.Develop e-learning modules and blended learning solutions suited for product launches and rapidly changing environments.Manage complex multi-project portfolios under minimal supervision as an Adult Learning Expert.Ensure all assets comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Design, produce, and update digital learning assets, e-learning modules, micro-learning components, and media for online, virtual instructor-led (vILT), and blended learning environments.Maintain adherence to T&D content standards and participate in interdepartmental review of content for branding, legal language, and grammar adherence.Facilitate review cycles, manage stakeholder completion, and follow all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements to align with regulatory requirements.Partner with technical SMEs, global teams, and cross-functional teams to gather content and script instructional materials.Build interactive media using standard rapid authoring tools and assist in publishing assets within the learning platform infrastructure.Skills:Instructional Design.ADDIE Framework.Articulate Storyline.Articulate Rise.Adobe Captivate.Camtasia.Powtoon.Audio/Video Editing.Quality Management System (QMS).ISO Standards.Instructional Editing.Project Management.Qualification And Education:Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, scientific/technical field, business, or related course of study.
