  Onsite Desktop/End User Support Tech - Edison, NJ

• 80% travel within 30 mile radius - must have a vehicle and proof of insurance 
• Contract Timeframe - August 2026-November 2026 - potential contract to hire 

Responsibilities:

• Deployment of PCs (laptops & desktops)
• Transfer data for upgrades/replacements
• Communicate/coordinate with end user on schedule of deployment
• Installing of software via remote or in-person
• Imaging/installing Operating System via USB drives
• Resolving and troubleshooting PC issues
• Filling out asset forms for deployments
• Updating spreadsheets/data on SharePoint
• Deploying peripherals and PC accessories
• Traveling required to deploy equipment primarily locally. There are some sites in PA, but travel to those locations are limited. Mileage and toll expenses will be reimbursed. 

Required Skills:

• Troubleshoot and resolve PC issues when configuring/imaging PCs. 
• Connect and set up peripherals for new hires/replacements.  
• Friendly and professional customer service.
• Good communications skills.
• Organization skills.

Education/Certifications:

• High School

Preferred Skills:

• CompTIA A+ certified preferred(but not required)
