The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals who want to build a career helping individuals and families make more informed financial decisions.

As a Financial Solutions Consultant, you’ll learn how to understand a client’s financial goals and concerns, provide financial education, and help them evaluate strategies for financial protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.

No previous financial services experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and professional development to help you learn the industry and develop the skills needed to work effectively with clients.

This is a remote independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Applicable professional licensing is required.

$70,000 - $80,000

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and priorities

• Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies after completing required training and licensing

• Help clients evaluate financial solutions based on their individual needs and objectives

• Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships

• Provide ongoing client follow-up and service

• Participate in structured training, coaching, and professional development

• Develop new relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach

• Complete required professional licensing and ongoing education

• Follow applicable industry and compliance standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine interest in helping and educating others

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Coachable and receptive to mentorship

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Comfortable meeting and building relationships with new people

• Professional communication skills in a virtual environment

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Customer service, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, banking, and leadership experience is a plus but not required

• No previous financial services experience required

• Must be eligible and willing to obtain applicable professional licensing
