This contracted opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to collaborate with a dedicated school team from October 26, 2026, through June 23, 2027. The caseload will comfortably remain well below the state maximum, allowing a strong focus on quality care and individualized attention.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to work onsite in Detroit or in a virtual capacity
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and support tailored to each student’s goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
