The Senior Marketing Manager is the dedicated marketing leader for HID Textile Services, with a primary focus on accelerating growth of RFID-enabled linen and uniform management solutions. The role builds demand and market credibility with hotel operators, hotel groups and owners, commercial laundries, linen rental providers, and linen suppliers across priority markets. Reporting to the VP, Textile Services, this hands-on role turns commercial priorities into high-impact campaigns, customer stories, digital programs, partner activation, and sales enablement. Success is measured by qualified pipeline, partner-sourced opportunities, customer engagement, market visibility, and conversion support for the Textile Services growth agenda.

As our Senior Marketing Manager, Textile Services Group, you'll support HID's success by:

• Owning the annual marketing strategy and operating plan for Textile Services, aligned to growth priorities in hospitality, linen management, uniform management, and RFID tags.
• Acting as the marketing partner to the VP, Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and regional teams; translating business priorities into clear campaigns, assets, and execution plans.
• Building a practical understanding of hotel operations and the linen ecosystem, including outsourced laundry, linen rental, linen suppliers, and on-premise laundry.
• Shaping customer segmentation, account-based priorities, and channel/partner marketing around the most attractive hospitality, laundry, and supplier opportunities.
• Leading, coaching, and developing marketing professionals.
• Developing and running integrated campaigns across digital channels, email, LinkedIn/social, content, webinars, events, and partner channels to generate and nurture qualified opportunities.
• Owning the creation and continuous improvement of digital assets, including web content, landing pages, email journeys, paid and organic social content, lead magnets, and campaign reporting.
• Leading high-visibility commercial projects from brief through delivery, including customer videos, case studies, testimonials, product demonstrations, and thought leadership content.
• Establishing campaign dashboards and lead-management rhythms with Sales to improve response speed, nurture quality, pipeline progression, and marketing ROI.
• Managing agencies, freelancers, and production partners by setting clear briefs, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Developing differentiated messaging and value propositions for hotel operators, owners, management companies, commercial laundries, linen rental providers, and linen suppliers.
• Translating Textile Services capabilities into business outcomes, including labor productivity, linen loss reduction, inventory visibility, guest-service support, hygiene and process control, and operational automation.
• Creating consultative sales enablement materials, including vertical pitch decks, solution brochures, ROI tools, use cases, competitive positioning, proposal content, and customer references.
• Supporting launches and adoption campaigns for linen management and uniform management solutions, as well as related RFID hardware and tags.
• Building co-marketing and referral activation programs with strategic partners across the hospitality, commercial laundry, linen supply, and equipment ecosystem.
• Maintaining a current view of hospitality, laundry, and linen market trends, customer pain points, competitive activity, and buyer decision dynamics.
• Using customer and campaign insights to improve positioning, targeting, content, and investment decisions.
• Strengthening Textile Services visibility through targeted events, trade media, webinars, customer advocacy, and relevant industry communities.
• Managing marketing budgets, vendors, and project performance to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Your Experience and Background include:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or business unit marketing.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programs that support revenue growth and pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated experience marketing into hospitality is required, ideally with direct exposure to hotel operators, ownership groups, management companies, or hotel technology/services.
• Experience in commercial laundry, linen rental, linen/textile supply, laundry equipment, or a closely related operational-services market is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to market complex solution sales with long buying cycles and multiple stakeholders; experience with RFID, SaaS/software, automation, or operational technology is a plus.
• Demonstrated ownership of hands-on digital marketing programs and content projects, including video or other multimedia production.
• Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors; direct people leadership is preferred but not required.
