Job Title: Mission Operation EngineerJob Category: IntelligenceTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 25%Type of Travel: LocalAnticipated Posting End: 9/21/2026The Opportunity:Join the Fusion Analysis Development Effort (FADE) program as our Mission Operations Engineer where you'll make a significant impact byBridging the critical gap between warfighters and cutting-edge software developmentSupporting a mission-critical platform that delivers real-world intelligence valueBecoming an essential team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise directly influences operational successWorking at the intersection of technology and national security to enhance intelligence capabilitiesResponsibilities:User Support:Serve as Tier I help desk support, leveraging your Intelligence Community experience to answer questions and monitor help desk platforms to ensure mission continuityTroubleshooting technical issues and analytical workflowsUser Engagement: Conduct comprehensive classroom training at our Denver facilityTravel to customer locations for on-site training deliveryFacilitate virtual training sessions for remote usersProvide software demonstrations to government leadership during technical exchange meetings and monthly program management reviewsEngineering Support:Represent user perspectives and workflows in development meetings, ensuring software meets real-world operational needsTest and evaluate pre-release softwareTriage and capture reported software defectsQualifications:Required: Active Top Secret security clearance with PolyMinimum 5 years of Military or Intelligence Community experience Proficiency in at least one Intelligence Community disciplineDemonstrated experience in customer service rolesTeam-first approach with ability to work across functional groups Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeDesired:Experience with FADE applications including MIST, Watchbox, Linx, Reports, Sheets, & DrivePrior instructional or training experienceFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Grafana, Confluence, or Kibana-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
