Corewell Health Ludington Hospital Primary Care - Lawndale shares its building with a walk-in clinic, making it a highly versatile location for both scheduled primary care and unexpected medical needs. It sits just west of the main Corewell Health Ludington Hospital, making it easy to access testing or hospital services if required.

Beyond routine physical exams and wellness checkups, our highly skilled primary care physicians can also support a variety of everyday family needs on-site, including:

• Mental Health
• Skin Procedures
• Routine Care
• Laboratory Services

Our Practice Manager will have oversight of Ludington Lawndale Family Medicine & Walk-In Clinic, Ludington Family Medicine/Internal Medicine and Ludington Pediatrics.

Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Preferred.
• 3 years of relevant health care, medical practice or related work experience Required.
• 1 year of relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
