Operations Global Graduate Associates Programme - US

AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca's two-year rotational graduate programme begins September 2027 across three specialized pathways: Operations, Pharmaceutical Technology & Development, and Global Engineering. Participants rotate through multiple sites, receive mentorship, and attend global cohort meetings while contributing to pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

Rotate through multiple sites gaining exposure to manufacturing, operations, or engineering functions
Contribute to projects spanning product development, supply chain, quality, or capital initiatives
Collaborate with global colleagues on cross-functional teams and strategic projects
Participate in structured learning and mentorship with industry experts
Attend three global cohort meetings across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree awarded in 2026 or due in 2027
Degree relevant to chosen pathway (Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related)
0–2 years of professional experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Genuine interest in operations and healthcare impact
Adaptability and willingness to work across diverse projects
