Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey state license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred.
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment with productivity expectations (typical clinic productivity 1.82.2 patients per hour; up to 3 patients per hour during peak times).
• Willingness to work the client schedule: MondayFriday days (typical schedules include M/W/F 8:00 AM6:00 PM or 9:00 AM7:00 PM; T/Th 8:00 AM1:00 PM or 9:00 AM2:00 PM). Some clinics offer rotating Saturdays about once per month and 4x10 options.
• Ability to manage a typical daily caseload of 1820 patients and collaborate with aides and multidisciplinary clinicians (chiropractic, OT, acupuncture).
• New graduates and early-career clinicians encouraged to apply for larger clinic locations.
