Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care in a highly specialized environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the MSICU, managing critical and complex patient cases.
• Perform advanced procedures such as Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), intubations, and line placements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and experience.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols while maintaining high standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Must have prior ICU experience and demonstrate proficiency in advanced nursing skills.
