As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility while creating a culture centered on compassion, accountability, quality care, and teamwork.

• Direct the overall operations of the facility

• Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, staffing, and census growth

• Promote quality resident care and exceptional customer satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and the community

• Drive strategic initiatives and continuous quality improvement

• Foster employee engagement, accountability, and professional development

• Maintain a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the facility

• Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide leadership during emergencies as needed

• Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License required

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Previous Nursing Home Administrator or senior healthcare leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of IDPH, CMS, and state and federal regulations

• Experience managing budgets, staffing, quality measures, and census development

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care while building a positive team culture
