Project Manager

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing enterprise IT projects within a structured framework, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. The organization is a leader in the technology sector, committed to innovative and reliable IT solutions.

Position Overview for the Project Manager:

• Responsible for planning, executing, and governing enterprise IT projects and programs to deliver scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
• Apply PMO standards and methodologies to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure project success.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the organizations mission by enabling reliable and compliant IT delivery.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

• Bachelors degree and 6+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
• Experience managing large, complex IT projects and programs following PMO standards.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Proven leadership in resource management, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.
