Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial past-due accounts with professionalism and persistence. Engage with clients, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve delinquencies effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities and communication. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations governing collections to ensure compliance. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in commercial collections or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations. Proficiency in collection software and CRM systems is a plus. A positive, results-driven attitude and commitment to excellence.
